The building is nice and the rooms are reasonably spacious with a view of Javits, modern bathroom, a king bed. The location is great, 2 km from a popular park.

Views are awful.

The hotel was brand-new and clean, its location was ideal near metro station, great service. The room was practical with large beds.

The room was spotless with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

Just a decent option for a lightning trip in New York with great value for money. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, a nice surprise. Make sure to check about deposit policies at check-in to avoid confusion.

We loved practical rooms and outstanding food.

They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with couch and a nice bathroom, as example and that was essential. The location was ideal, for example, Hg Contemporary was within walking distance of the hotel. And we were right...

I found the location to be fantastic, as I was just a short walk away from iconic spots like the Empire State Building, under 2 km away, and the vibrant energy of Times Square. Everything with the facility was excellent, providing me with a comfortable base to explore this bustling city.

Really good manager, clean room, with excellent amenities like the fitness center and a convenient location just a 2-minute walk from the subway stop.

During the daytime, there was a different manager and he was the polar opposite. Rude cold and dismissive.

The staff were friendly. They helped us when we had a minor car accident outside and made sure we were settled in right away.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but kinda expected for the area.

My beautiful queen room was really spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. Great views of 10th Avenue from the upper floors. Early check-in was hassle-free. Staff held our bags after checkout so we could explore more. Free coffee in the lobby was a sweet perk.
